Terms of Service

By using SeeLLM Gateway, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

SeeLLM provides a unified AI API Gateway to access various models with optimized costs.

2. Anti-Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We strictly prohibit fraudulent activity and system interference. Specifically: (1) Multiple account creation to abuse resources or trials is banned, (2) Mass giftcode redemption or bonus exploitation is prohibited, (3) Any attempts to hack, disrupt, or interfere with SeeLLM infrastructure are strictly forbidden. If you discover a system bug or vulnerability, you are obligated to report it to us immediately instead of exploiting it. Any violation will result in permanent account suspension and balance forfeiture without prior notice.

3. User Obligations

You are solely responsible for securing your API keys and not sharing them publicly. You must also comply with the Acceptable Use Policy of upstream AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

4. Payments & Refunds

Services operate on a pre-paid (Pay-as-you-go) basis. Deposited funds are non-refundable under any circumstances (to cash or original payment methods). In the event of a system-side failure originating from our service, we will audit and issue refunds only to your SeeLLM account balance. Refunds to the original payment method will only be considered if SeeLLM permanently ceases all service operations.

5. General Terms

Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. SeeLLM is not responsible for any user or AI-generated content (prompts/outputs). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service due to potential issues with upstream providers. SeeLLM reserves the right to modify these terms and suspend access for accounts that violate our policies without prior notice.

6. Referral Program Terms

Referral rewards, first-payment discounts, and commissions are applied according to active configuration at the time an eligible transaction is confirmed. SeeLLM reserves the right to reject or revoke referral rewards/commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, or invalid transactions. Referral commission is credited as gift balance for use within the platform and is not cash-convertible by default unless explicitly stated in a published policy.
